Paul Hogg – Chief Executive Officer


As CEO of Inteleca, Paul Hogg is responsible for communicating the organization’s strategic direction and for ensuring prosperity and growth for the company and its employees. Paul manages day-to-day operations and focuses on balancing and allocating resources according to the company’s goals.

Paul has spent over 12 years following his passion for technology sales, dedicating himself to delivering top quality services and products to his customers. Since the company’s inception in 2009, Paul has molded Inteleca into one of the foremost companies in network design, IT hardware procurement, asset lifecycle management, and IT hardware maintenance services. He is committed to advancing Inteleca through its future evolution and success, while not losing sight of the company’s culture and values.

Prior to founding Inteleca, Paul was a sales executive at an IT Asset Disposition firm in Atlanta where he grew his products’ customer base by well over 1000 percent, and more than tripled past revenues in Cisco network hardware. Paul also worked with OEMs to provide future market values on upcoming decommissioned hardware, often purchasing the assets after de-installation and reselling them to his customer base.

Paul graduated in 2002 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, and in 2010 achieved an MBA from Scheller College of Business at the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.

Paul Saunders – Chief Technology Officer

Paul Saunders has spent more than 20 years in the IT industry, serving as a senior network engineer/architect designing and implementing data and voice networks for Fortune 500 companies. He has also served as a senior executive of IT operations for a variety of companies where his primary responsibility was to develop a team of IT professionals who could design, implement and maintain the needed infrastructure for internal and client IT projects.

As CTO of Inteleca, Paul is responsible for designing, deploying and maintaining various network devices and services. In addition, for Inteleca’s IT Business Solutions, Paul is the lead support for products and services, deploying, implementing and installing engineer hardware and software solutions. While at Inteleca, Paul has designed and deployed a state-of-the-art DWDM optical transport network for a $1B+ Utility Client, as well as designing and deploying the wireless system for a nextgen office tower.

Before joining Inteleca, Paul spent three years as the Director of Network Operations for Quickparts (now 3D Systems) where he designed, deployed and managed production infrastructure for online 3D imaging and rapid prototyping systems, and built an enterprise network for online rapid prototyping applications. Prior to that, Paul spent five years as VP of Network Operations with Connecture, managing the production infrastructure team required to host ASP services for healthcare clients such as Aetna, PacifiCare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare and Health Net.

Paul has achieved five Cisco Certifications: CENT, CCNA, CCNP, COTI, COTA

Matt Edwards – Chief Operating Officer


As Chief Operating Officer of Inteleca, Matt Edwards is responsible for wholesale and direct sales channels, the client relationship, and all internal operational and distribution processes.

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, 10 specifically in IT Asset Disposition, Matt has gained an in-depth understanding of many of the issues organizations face in IT Lifecycle Asset Management, specifically around compliance, data sanitization, inventory management, and environmental regulations. Furthermore, Matt has carved out a niche for the company through direct relationships with OEMs, and through formulating complicated and profitable solutions on their behalf.

Along with his passion for resolving major IT Lifecycle Asset Management issues faced by organizations, Matt is resourceful and innovative, and is always searching out new ways to improve the company’s processes to ensure they reinforce best practices and enhance the customer experience.

Before joining Inteleca, Matt held a number of positions for Apto Solutions, most recently as Director of Sales Operations and Client Services, helping Apto achieve a growth of 49 percent over his last three years at the company.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA.

Janice Welch – Controller

As Controller of Inteleca, Janice Welch is responsible for all company financials including month-end close, supporting schedules, General Ledger and cash flow management. Her responsibilities extend to business operations, human resources administration, employee retirement plan and contract negotiation.

Janice has over thirty years of experience in the areas of finance, accounting, office management, automation and personnel and, given her expertise in these areas, she has played an integral role in the development of best business practices in her tenure with the company.

Before joining Inteleca, she served as Controller for Hairy Entertainment XEKO where she contributed to an acquisition and merger of two existing companies. Previously, Janice spent more than ten years with The Walker Companies (site selection, location analysis and implementation experts) as their Controller and Assistant to the CFO, where she administered employee retirement plans and company investments, in addition to the financial and property management of two listed properties. Janice acquired her Georgia Real Estate Sales Person License in 2005.
