We are looking for a Sales Associate to join our growing team, and help continue to build a world-class organization. This individual will be a key contributor in supporting both our reseller and our end-user Sales Executives, improving their efficiencies and helping the organization achieve its’ desired growth.
The goal is to provide excellent customer service, both for ‘internal’ co-workers and external Clients. In our business, we send and receive many shipments a day and each of them need to be 100% accurate and ship promptly, typically within the same day. This individual’s main responsibility will be to support the Sales Executives order processing needs, both inbound and outbound. Secondarily, the individual will lead the coordination of RMA / RTV transactions for the company. The individual will ideally have a background in customer service, and Salesforce experience is a +. The individual will also learn about the key offerings of Inteleca, to help communicate those offerings if they are to join Sales Executives in the field.
